Terms and Conditions:

 

Products that are dead on arrival (DOA) are eligible for exchange for a period up to 30 calendar days from customer receipt of product.

 

All other returns are subject to a restocking fee (10% of retail price up to a $50 maximum).  Materials must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.

Requests for orders to be cancelled after processing will result in the refund being less a 10% restocking fee up to $50 maximum. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount will be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee, once the order has been returned.

You must contact our Management Team via phone [(234) 209-9771], or email [btitko@gen-tekllc.com], to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number to include with items being returned. Once the RMA number is received please complete the RMA Request Form (F-480-001) and mail or email to Gen-Tek for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after the return is received.
